Just had surgery or simply prefer to stay home? We offer treatments in the convenience of your home. We bring a treatment table and equipment bag to each visit. Most insurances cover these visits.
Ergonomic Assessments
Think your work set-up might not be good for your health? We offer ergonomic assessments for home and your workplace. We provide you with a detailed written report including all recommendations. This is a self-pay service but may be HSA eligible.
Workplace Visits
Are you a busy professional or have work-related pain? We come to your workplace, so you can fit therapy into your busy schedule and enjoy your work again. Most insurances cover these visits.
Mobility
Wellness Checks
Ever wondered why we go to the dentist twice a year even without having cavities, but don’t get therapy unless we are hurting? Since this does not make sense to us either, we are offering mobility wellness checks. This is a self-pay service but may be HSA eligible.
Gym Visits
Are you an athlete or have specific questions about your workout routine? We come to your gym or sports club. We bring an equipment bag to each visit. Most insurances cover these visits.
Telehealth
Visits
Need a quick check-up or live outside the Eugene Springfield area? We offer Telehealth follow-up visits after surgery and for most other conditions. This makes most sense after an in-person evaluation. Most insurances cover these appointments.

INSURANCE
We take insurance and offer affordable self-pay options
Mobile physical therapy services are covered by most insurances. We are currently in network with Regence BCBS, Pacific Source, Providence, Medicare, and Medicare supplemental plans. We also welcome all MVA insurances. If you have a different insurance, we can help you get reimbursed for your physical therapy.
